Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Online System : Online grievances received through Centralized Public Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) of the Govt. of India and Public Grievance Management System (PGMS) of the Govt. of Delhi and received through e-Mail are accorded priority for their settlement in a time bound manner to ensure that such grievances against the department remains NIL.

Periodical analysis of grievances : Similar types of grievances received are analyzed and appropriate steps are taken to streamline the system or to give appropriate instructions to the PAOs and the GP Fund Cell.
