Software proposed for implementation

1. Pay Roll System

1. ·Integration of Pay Roll with COMPACT system of PAO for auto incorporation of bill details, correction of name of employees which at present are different in Pay Roll and GPF System. 

2. ·Redressal of day to day grievances of DDOs on bill preparation through the support of Help Desk setup in Principal Accounts Office.

3. ·Modification to the system as per requirement which would arise on change of allowances and need given by the departments.

2. GPF System

1. ·Auto capturing of GPF details by PAOs with the digital signature from Pay Roll and its seem less transfer to GPF system after passing the bills.

2. ·Passing of bills to GPF advances/withdrawals with digital signature of PAOS and its seem less transfer to GPF system.

3. ·Integration of legacy data for the period up to 2004-05 maintained in GPF Cell after completion of scanning/digitization of GPF records.

3. e-Lekha

1. ·Provision of department wise MIS of budget and expenditure.

2. ·Budget incorporation utility for incorporation of original budget, re-appropriated budget and supplementary budget.

3. ·Provisions for preparation of statement of state transactions.

4. ·Provisions for preparation of annual Appropriation and Finance Accounts of the Government.

4. SGST

1. ·Provisions for bank wise month wise details of receipts.

2. ·Provisions for the future requirements like handling of refund of SGST through the system.
